"I called from Oklahoma for them to give my niece a ride from Melbourne Beach Fl. to a rental car company at the Melbourne airport and asked if he could wait until she came back out just in case something went wrong. Josh advised of the added charges if he needed to take them back home, and I agreed. She only had a debit card and wasn't able to rent the car as they only accept credit cards. He called me and advised he was taking her back home so I asked if he could stop by a grocery and let her buy some things and add his time to the ticket, so he did, and waited an hour for them to come out of the store. After hauling them all around from our first call about 2-1/2 hours earlier he had an added total of $180 and gave me a $20 discount. So even though it ended up being only $160 (for a double trip and an hour wait on top of that), he was so responsive and attentive to their needs and safety, I felt totally led to pay him $200 for his services today and was worth every penny for all our peace of minds, that they were in GOOD hands. Bless this company and the attitude and compassion they bring to the table...!!! I highly recommend using Josh and his company for any taxi needs."
